Introduction Serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs) are antidepressant drugs used in major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia, and other conditions. They enhance serotonergic and noradrenergic neurotransmission by inhibiting reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine in the central nervous system.
