1Agreement to These Terms

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Razorpay; by making a payment, you also agree to their applicable terms. Where a plan renews automatically, the renewal terms will be shown to you before you confirm, and you may manage or cancel as described at checkout or in your account. We may change our prices or plans from time to time; any change will not affect a subscription period you have already paid for.

5Refunds & Cancellations

All payments are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.

6Free Content, Premium & Advertising

We offer free content supported in part by advertising, as well as paid options such as an ad-free premium experience and the ability to make donations. We may add, change, or remove features, content, or plans at any time. Advertising displayed through the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.

7Educational Purpose & No Professional Advice

All content on the Service is provided for educational and examination-preparation purposes only. All content on the Service — including notes, questions, mock tests, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Pharmacy Freak and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content for your own study. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. The “Pharmacy Freak” name and logo may not be used without our consent.

The Service may contain links to, or rely on, third-party websites and services (such as our payment provider, analytics, and advertising partners). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that party’s terms.

12Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the content will be complete, accurate, or current. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reasonable cause. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, and may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will revise the “last updated” date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
