Respecting Intellectual Property

DMCA / Copyright Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Pharmacy Freak respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy explains how we protect our own content and how copyright owners can notify us if they believe their work has been used on the Service without authorisation.

1Our Content & Copyright

All original content on pharmacyfreak.com — including notes, questions, mock tests, text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Pharmacy Freak and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. For more, please see our Terms & Conditions.

2Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, you may send us a written notice (a “takedown notice”). We will review valid notices and respond appropriately, which may include removing or disabling access to the material in question.

3What Your Notice Must Include

To be valid, your takedown notice should include the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including its URL or location on the Service, so we can locate it.
  4. Your contact details — full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

4How to Submit a Notice

You can submit your notice using the form below, or email contact@pharmacyfreak.com with the subject line “Copyright Notice”. We aim to review all valid notices promptly and will take appropriate action where required.

Submit a takedown notice

Complete the details below. Fields marked with an asterisk are required for a valid notice.

5Counter-Notification

If your content was removed or disabled and you believe this was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and contact details.

On receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

6Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe the copyrights or intellectual property rights of others.

7Misrepresentation

Please note that under applicable law, any person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation — that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake — may be held liable for damages. If you are unsure whether material is protected by copyright, or whether your use is permitted, you may wish to seek legal advice before submitting a notice.
