- Grade: EXE
- Experience: 3 – 8 years
- Qualification: M.Pharm/M.Sc
- Skill Set:
- HPLC/GC method development for OSD.
- Exposure to regulated, and semi-regulated & Indian markets.
- Expertise in LCMS/GCMS.
- Solid-state characterization.
- Microbiology (Probiotic subject matter expert).
- Formulation Development (FnD)
- Grade: EXE
- Experience: 3 – 8 years
- Qualification: M.Pharm
- Skill Set:
- Experience in OSD, Oncology, and Cosmeceutical formulations.
- Exposure to regulated, and semi-regulated & India Markets.
- Product Development Group (PDG)
- Grade: A-M/EXE
- Experience: 5 – 10 years
- Qualification: B.Pharm + MBA / M.Pharm + MBA
- Skill Set:
- Feasibility evaluation & budget preparation for new product proposals.
- Project timeline management.
- Coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Risk identification and mitigation strategies.
- Presentation of project status to stakeholders.
