Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should have passed a Diploma in Engineering/Technology from the State Board of Technical Education.
- The gap between the date of joining and the passing date of the qualification should not be more than 5 years.
Reservations: As per the Apprentices Act 1961 & Rules and subsequent amendments.
Stipend: As per the Apprentices Act 1961 & Rules and subsequent amendments.
Important Instructions
- Selection is based solely on the marks secured in Diploma/Engineering Degree/Graduation in the general stream. There is no interview or written test.
- Candidates should ensure they meet the eligibility criteria and provide correct information in the application form. Discrepancies or false information will lead to cancellation of candidature.
- Only candidates with original/provisional certificates of the qualifying examination are eligible.
- The merit list of selected candidates will be posted on the HAL website and emailed to shortlisted candidates.
- Selected candidates must be able to join on the prescribed date. Failure to report by the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of candidature.
- Candidates undergoing similar apprenticeship training elsewhere are not eligible.
- OBC candidates must provide a valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate.
- Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
- HAL reserves the right to cancel the advertisement and/or the selection process.
