NHPC Limited, a prestigious Mini Ratna Schedule-A Category-I Central Public Sector Undertaking, is inviting applications from eligible candidates for undergoing one-year apprenticeship training for the year 2024-25 under the Apprentices Act, 1961. NHPC Limited aims to provide valuable training opportunities in various trades, including the role of pharmacist-graduate (Graduate Apprenticeship).
- Position: Pharmacist – Graduate (Graduate Apprenticeship)
- Educational Qualification: Four-year Degree from a recognized institute/college/university.
- Age: Minimum: 18 Years, Maximum: 30 Years (Relaxation: 05 years for SC/ST; 03 years for OBC – Non-Creamy Layer)
- Apprenticeship Training Duration: 1 Year
- No. of Seats: 02
Stipend: Stipend will be as per the Apprenticeship Act, 1961, and/or as amended from time to time. The Apprentices will not be eligible for any other allowances or benefits.
Reservation: Reservation of seats for SC, ST, and OBC (Non-creamy layer) will be as per the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961.

- Project Affected Families of Parbati-II HE Project will be given first preference.
- People of Kullu District will be given Second preference.
- People of Mandi District will be given third preference.
- People of other Districts of Himachal Pradesh will be given fourth preference.

- Interested candidates should register themselves on the Apprenticeship portal at apprenticeshipindia.org (for ITI Passed candidates) or nats.education.gov.in (for Diploma Holders/Graduates) and apply through the respective portals.
- After registration, candidates must send the printout of the registration/applied form along with self-attested certificates and documents to the mentioned address by Speed post/Registered post/by hand till 30/04/2024 (5:00 PM).

Selection Process
- The eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on marks secured in ITI/Diploma/Graduation.

- The selection of Apprentices will be subject to the detailed provisions of the Apprentices Act, of 1961.
