Learning For Everyone

Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 2026

Pharmacy Freak is committed to making our content accessible to as many people as possible, including those who use assistive technologies. We see accessibility as an ongoing effort, and we work to improve the experience for all our users over time. This statement explains what we do, where we stand, and how you can let us know if something isn’t working for you.

1Our Commitment

We believe that quality learning material should be available to everyone. We aim to design and build our website so that it is perceivable, operable, understandable, and usable for people with a wide range of abilities, and we treat accessibility as a continuous part of how we work rather than a one-time task.

2What We Do to Support Accessibility

As we build and improve the site, we work towards practices that support accessibility, including:

  • Clear, well-structured headings and layout
  • Readable typography with comfortable sizing
  • Colour choices made with contrast in mind
  • A responsive design for phones, tablets, and desktops
  • Descriptive text for meaningful images where possible
  • Clearly labelled links, buttons, and forms

3Conformance Status

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a practical reference point and work towards aligning with them. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and while we strive to meet these standards, we cannot guarantee that every page or every piece of content fully conforms at all times. We continue to review and improve the site as we go.

4Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. For example, older content, complex tables or diagrams, or certain interactive elements may present difficulties for some users. Where we become aware of such issues, we aim to address them and to offer the information in an alternative, accessible format on request.

5Third-Party Content

Our site may include content and services provided by third parties — such as advertising served through Google AdSense and embedded media — whose accessibility we do not directly control. We encourage these providers to follow accessibility best practices, but we cannot guarantee the accessibility of content we do not produce.

6Share Your Feedback

Your feedback helps us improve. If you experience any difficulty using our website, or you have a suggestion that would make it more accessible, please let us know at contact@pharmacyfreak.com or through our contact form. To help us respond quickly, please tell us:

  • The page or URL where you encountered the issue
  • A short description of the problem
  • The device, browser, or assistive technology you were using, if known

We take this feedback seriously and will do our best to resolve the issue and provide the information you need in a format that works for you.
