At Pharmacy Freak, the vast majority of our content is completely free. A small number of resources carry a modest fee, which simply helps us cover our running costs and keep the platform alive for students. This policy explains our simple, student-friendly approach to refunds and cancellations.
1Our Student-First Approach
Around 99% of our content is free. We charge a small fee on only a limited part of our material, purely to meet our operational and survival costs — and we keep that fee as low as possible so it stays affordable for students. We want you to feel completely confident when you do choose to pay, which is why our refund terms are simple and fair.
27-Day Full Refund
If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription or purchase, you can cancel within 7 days of the date of purchase and receive a full refund — with no complicated conditions. Simply reach out to us within those 7 days, and we will process your refund in full.
3How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your purchase using the form below, or email contact@pharmacyfreak.com. To help us find your payment and process it quickly, please include:
- The email address registered to your account
- Your order or transaction ID
- The date of purchase

4How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued in full to your original payment method through our payment provider, Razorpay. Once processed, the amount typically reflects in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We do not charge any cancellation fee for refunds requested within the 7-day window.
5After the 7-Day Period
Purchases are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of purchase, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If your plan renews automatically, you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancelling prevents further charges, and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
6Donations
Donations are voluntary contributions that help us keep Pharmacy Freak running, and are generally non-refundable. If you made a donation in error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
