Qualifications
- MBA or M.Pharm with relevant experience.
Experience
- Self-driven candidate with knowledge of international markets in formulation or other B2B business.
- Experience in handling teams and managing business independently.
- Exposure to US and/or Europe and other regulated markets.
Principal Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow the Finished Dosage Form (FDF) Out-licensing business for the EU market.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new partners; identify opportunities to expand business with customers.
- Conduct commercial evaluations to ensure the viability of new and existing business opportunities.
- Formulate and implement innovative ideas to support customer requirements.
- Negotiate agreements and commercial deals with customers, adhering to sales and expense budgets.
- Lead cross-functional team activities for product launches and lifecycle management.
- Prepare Net Present Value (NPV) analyses, business cases, sales forecasts, and other market data analyses.
